Weather Guarantee

Your Yard Cinema reserves the right to cancel, restrict, or remove any product or “contract for service” related to Your Yard Cinema resulting from extreme weather conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to fire, water, earthquake, flood, rain, snow, extreme heat, high winds ,etc. If Your Yard Cinema deems weather conditions on or before your “contract for service” date, as being “Extreme weather” you will be notified immediately. In this instance, 180 days (6 months) will be given to reschedule your “contract of service” date. However, there will be no refunds provided. If weather conditions begin fine but start to become “extreme weather conditions” during your rental time, you will be notified of current weather conditions by a member of our staff and our equipment will be retrieved by a member of our team. We will negotiate a new “contract of service” to be provided for the unused time within your agreement. Your Yard Cinema reserves the right exclusively to deem what is to be considered “extreme weather conditions”. This statement can not be used as a ploy or as an attempt to be refunded or reimbursed for money owed or lost.
